At the bottom of this page you will find links to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, published in Italian through iubenda. This page provides information in English about enquiries and how the website works.
Information and quotations
Email and telephone links open the application you use to write or call. The website has no form that sends or stores enquiries.
If you contact us, we use the contact details and information you provide to respond and handle your enquiry or quotation. We do not use them to send promotions.
Emails sent to comm@zancanellasrl.it go directly to our company mailbox. We process your name, contact details, company affiliation where provided, and the contents of messages or attachments you choose to send. Providing this information is optional; without contact details and the necessary information, we may be unable to respond.
For an enquiry aimed at entering into a contract with you, processing is based on the pre-contractual steps you request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). For other enquiries, including those sent on behalf of a company, the basis is our legitimate interest in responding to contacts and managing professional relationships (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). You may object to processing based on legitimate interests in the circumstances provided for by the GDPR.
Enquiries and quotations that do not result in an order are retained for the time needed to handle the enquiry and any negotiations. Closing the enquiry, rejecting the quotation or its expiry without ongoing negotiations marks the end of this period; the data are then deleted, except where specific legal obligations or a documented need to protect a right in a dispute require retention. Records relating to orders and invoices follow the applicable retention periods.
Website security
The website is hosted on Aruba’s Linux Hosting service. The hosting infrastructure processes the technical data needed to serve pages and protect the service, such as IP addresses and server request data.
The website does not contain a database of quotation enquiries. Switching between Italian and English uses page addresses and does not require a cookie to remember your language choice.
The policy buttons load the iubenda service. The directions link opens Google Maps only when you select it.
